Hi there! I'm Sam; I work out of San Francisco and travel all over the Bay Area, from the Southern Santa Clara county to San Rafael and Martinez, on both sides of the bay! I am willing to go further - reach out and we can talk about fees for longer distances. I began petsitting in 2022, and over the last four years have built up a love for and focus on pets with special needs - medical or neurological conditions, reactivity, seniors, and very young animals! I got into petsitting while working at a doggy daycare, where they spent a year training me in basic dog grooming and cat nail trims. Your pet becomes my family when I watch them; their everyday routine stays as similar as possible, I diligently watch for any signs of stress or something wrong, and I make sure they have fun! I enjoy taking pups on hikes or beach walks, so if your pet has a favorite place they like to walk, let me know! I am equipped with a car hammock and doggy seat belt, so everyone can be safe! While you're away, you'll receive updates from me with pictures, letting you know how we've been getting on. All of my services are in your home - I am sadly unable to host any pets in my own home at this time, though I do find that pets tend to be the most comfortable on their own turf! - Dog walk — $20/hr
Can go for 30min - 2 hours (please note you will still be charged for the full hour for 30min walks) - Dog Hike — $20/hr
For those pups that want longer trips, or just need a change of scenery! We will find a good trail/beach, and go for 2+ hours! - Drop-in visit — $20/hr

Nightly rate based on the client's needs, usually between $70 and $100, with a $15 charge per extra pet - Overnight care in pet's home - Cats/small pet care — $40
- Bath
Price depends on the pet, typically between $50 and $80. Varies based on coat length, size of pet, etc. Bath includes: nail trim, wash, dry, & brush! - Nail trim — $20

NOTE: ONLY for a-la-carte grooming! Baths include brushing, and brushing is free of charge for petsits! - Tooth Brush — $15

Sam does an excellent job caring for our cats, Banjo and Daisy! We especially appreciate the extra care Sam takes with Banjo, our very shy cat. Knowing that Banjo feels comfortable enough to let Sam interact with him is a great reassurance when we are traveling. Sam is absolutely fantastic. She has been dogsitting our Golden Retriever Lily for four years and Lily just loves her. Sam has done short stays and longer ones for us. She not only takes car of Lily but also our two cats, Sunny and Shadow. She keeps in contact with us when we travel. She sends us photos. She leaves the house in great condition. She is 100% wonderful and reliable in every way. I have referred her to friends and they have the same experience. She is the best!
